২. পণ্য ও মূল্য

• আমাদের সকল পণ্যের মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (BDT) উল্লেখ করা হয় এবং তা পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়া পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

• আমরা চেষ্টা করি প্রতিটি পণ্যের বিবরণ ও মূল্য সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করতে, তবে অনিচ্ছাকৃত ভুল বা ত্রুটির জন্য Mobile Zone-V-2 দায়ী থাকবে না।

৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

• অর্ডার প্রাপ্যতা ও যাচাই সাপেক্ষে গৃহীত হবে।

• আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি, যেমন: ভুয়া অর্ডার, স্টক না থাকা, মূল্য ত্রুটি ইত্যাদি।

• সকল পেমেন্ট অর্ডার দেয়ার সময় সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। আমরা নগদ, বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট সহ বিভিন্ন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করি।

৪. ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং

• অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ২-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।

• দূরবর্তী এলাকায় ডেলিভারি সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।

• ভুল ঠিকানা বা মোবাইল নম্বরের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে গ্রাহক নিজে দায়ী থাকবেন।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

• শুধুমাত্র ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভিন্ন পণ্য প্রাপ্ত হলে গ্রাহক ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন।

• পণ্য অবশ্যই ব্যবহৃত না হয়ে মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে, সাথে ইনভয়েস ও প্যাকেজ থাকতে হবে।

• যাচাইয়ের পর ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড/প্রতিস্থাপন দেওয়া হবে।

৬. মেধাস্বত্ব (Copyright)

• এই ওয়েবসাইটের সব ছবি, লোগো, কনটেন্ট, ডিজাইন ইত্যাদি Mobile Zone-V-2 এর সম্পত্তি।

• কোন অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো ব্যবহার, কপি বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা আইনত দণ্ডনীয়।

৭. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

• আপনি ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করবেন আইনি এবং নৈতিক সীমার মধ্যে।

• Remote areas may take longer to deliver.

• Returns are only accepted within 3 days if the product is defective or incorrect.
